Each item is made to order, and processing times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Change of mind
- Accidental orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- Returned items are not required for damaged or defective products.
- Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
